I don't normally do fanart, but I needed a fast and easy project to get away from work.

Why Blaze? Because she's uber-badass and the main reason I play the Sonic Rush games. The games themselves are great -- very old school, tons of fun -- but it was Blaze that drew my attention to them. AT LAST there is a cool female in the Sonic universe (about freakin' time, SEGA! It's a sad state of affairs that there are such slim pickings for strong female chars in video games. IRL, we claim to believe in equality, but where is it? Makes me want to kick some ass!) Maybe Nintendo will take the hint and give us something better than damsel-in-distress Peach.
